WONG SAI SO further states:

At about 08.30 hours on the 221.1.40 when towing

2 cargo junks No.2233V and No.2312V off CHEK WAN (C.T.) the

crew of the Japanese motor boat fired 3 or 4 shots at us. I

altered course towards the Japanese motor boat which had 4

small boats tied up astern.

I have been stopped on 3 or 4 occasions in the

vicinity of CHEK WAN and NAM TAU (C.T.)

Each time I have

been stopped the Japanese have fired shots.
